Most smartwatches track your steps and call it health monitoring. The Google Pixel Watch 4 goes further — deeper heart rate analysis, sleep tracking that actually tells you something useful, and two full years of health data built into the experience. Today the 41mm Polished Silver LTE version is on sale on Amazon.
Built on the same Fitbit health engine that serious athletes and health-conscious people have trusted for years, wrapped in a clean aluminum case with Google’s ecosystem woven throughout. If your phone is a Pixel or any Android device, this watch feels like it was made specifically for you — because it was.

What Sets It Apart
01Two years of health data included. Not just a watch — a continuous health record. Trends, patterns, and insights that build over time to give you a genuinely useful picture of your health.
02Advanced heart rate & sleep tracking. Continuous heart rate monitoring with irregular rhythm detection, plus sleep stage tracking that tells you more than just how many hours you got.
0330-hour battery life. Lasts through a full day and night of tracking without needing a charge — including sleep monitoring, which most shorter-battery watches can’t handle.
04LTE connectivity. Leave your phone at home — take calls, stream music, get notifications, and use Google Maps directly from your wrist without needing to be tethered.
05Deep Android & Google integration. Google Assistant, Google Maps, Google Wallet, and seamless sync with any Android phone — especially powerful when paired with a Pixel device.
Who It's Built For
“Android users who want a smartwatch that’s genuinely good at health tracking — not just step counting. The two-year data inclusion is the kind of feature you don’t realize you needed until you have it.”

Our Experience & Tips
After wearing the Pixel Watch 4 daily for tracking workouts, managing notifications, and monitoring sleep, a few things stood out immediately. First, the integration with Fitbit is seamless. If you are coming from a Fitbit tracker, all your data and history transfer over effortlessly, and the health metrics (like heart rate variability and sleep stages) are incredibly detailed. Second, the haptic crown is a massive improvement for scrolling through apps without smudging the screen. However, a quick tip: if you want to maximize your battery life, switch the always-on display to "tilt-to-wake" only. With moderate use, you will easily get a full day and a half, but heavy GPS tracking will still drain it faster than you might expect.
Compared to the first generation, the performance is noticeably smoother. Swiping through tiles and opening apps no longer has that slight lag that frustrated early adopters. The voice dictation for replying to texts is frighteningly accurate—honestly, it is faster than typing on a phone. The biggest adjustment is getting used to the smaller screen size compared to something like a Galaxy Watch Ultra, but the curved glass makes it feel incredibly premium and less bulky on smaller wrists.
What to Consider Before Buying
Before you buy, the most important factor is your phone. This watch is essentially built for Pixel and Android users, and while it works with other Androids, you lose some of the deep software magic if you aren't on a Pixel device. Also, keep the size in mind. It is currently only available in one size (41mm), which looks great on most wrists but might feel too small for users who prefer a large, chunky smartwatch face. Finally, consider the domed glass. It looks beautiful, but because it curves over the edges, it is more prone to micro-scratches if you bang it against metal doors or desks frequently. We highly recommend pairing it with a thin screen protector on day one.
